I think that the combination of grains and fruit is what really draws us to crisps. Some days I crave just something with that combination. This recipe does look like a great one to go to for satisfying that craving. Great berry choice and I really like the addition of the coconut. Yum!

Unfortunately I don't, but I think it'll be easy to determine the calories in each of the ingredients; combine that, decide what the serving size is and divide that by the total. Hope that's a little helpful :-)

Looks yummy! I always try to eat oatmeal but rarely like it. I think baked oatmeal is a different story, though. And of course, if you load the brown sugar and fruit on it, it has to be good!

I always enjoy reading your posts. I'm one of those people who don't exchange Christmas gifts, reading your post makes me want to reconsider :-) I stopped exchanging gifts a few years back, I'm not even sure why.
